Preparation of creative proposals
We will prepare a proposal incorporating all aspects of the event, including a proposed theme, venues, format and budget.
Budget preparation and control
Once the concept for the event has been approved, a detailed budget is presented to the client incorporating every aspect of the event.
Researching and liaison with venues
We are continuously updated with newly opened venues, special offers and upgrades, and are therefore in a position to assist the client with a range of venues suitable for your type of event.
Preparation of marketing / advertising material
We will prepare all marketing and advertising material required for the event and will follow a strict timelines for all material issued up to the event.
We plan creative incentives to suit the profile of your company or specific group.
Pre and Post Tours
These are planned to suite the time schedule of the delegates and to highlight the best of South Africa.
Design and delivery of invitations
The design and printing of invitations is either done in-house or by select suppliers, dependent on the size of the project. Invitations can be designed and sent electronically or are accessible via the internet. Printed invitations can also be designed where we prefer to personally courier all invitations to the receiver and all follow-up calls are carried out by our team.
Travel and transport arrangements
All travel, including flight arrangements, car hire, shuttles, transfers and specialized tours are managed by our team.
We are able to recommend suitable accommodation from our wide selection, ranging from small guest houses to five star hotels, both national and international.
Technical and staging requirements
We work closely with our associate technical company to ensure the smooth running of all technical and staging aspects of the event.
Entertainment and décor arrangements
Suitable entertainment is reserved and décor is designed to suit the occasion.
Functions manual and rooming lists
A full functional manual is issued to all key members involved in the launch to ensure that each person fulfils their respective roles.
Security and medical liaison
We co-ordinate external security and medical assistance for a specific event, or work closely with existing facilities to ensure maximum protection for all delegates.
On-site service and co-ordination

We have extensive experience in the protocol surrounding VIP and government liaison, from security to food requirements.
